Deirdre Doyle
Deirdre has been a Seattle resident for 15 years and has over 10 years experience at Windermere Real Estate. Her encyclopedic knowledge of Seattle neighborhoods and her dedication to providing excellent client service has enabled her to consistently be a top-performing sales and listing agent.
Prior to Real Estate, Deirdre worked for over ten years in product development, marketing and negotiations for various international companies. She earned a BA in economics at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Deirdre and her partner Patrick have renovated numerous Seattle homes, all of which have ultimately become successful Doyle & Hinckley listings.
Deirdre, Patrick and their dog Rufus live in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.
Brad Hinckley
Brad joined Windermere Real Estate in 2004, combining forces with Deirdre to create the Doyle & Hinckley partnership. Prior to that, Brad worked as an accountant at an international accounting firm and then as a finance executive at a number of media and internet IPO companies.
Since working in residential real estate, Brad has put his analytical and negotiation skills to work for his clients. In making decisions about the purchase or sale of a home (usually a client’s single-largest investment), he helps reach the best possible outcome by using a rational, structured, and fact-based decision-making process.
Brad holds a CPA license and has earned two degrees from Stanford University: a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics.
Along with his partner Curtis and two young sons, Brad enjoys living in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.
